Hormone Season

Hormone Season — comfort, not treatment.

Comfort products, books, and routines for the season — practical picks, not medical advice.

Hormone Season is what happens when the body stops doing what it used to do quietly. Cycles change, sleep changes, temperature changes, energy changes. The internet has a great deal to sell you about this. Most of it is either prescription-territory dressed up as wellness, or wellness dressed up as a cure. Neither belongs here.

We cover this category strictly as comfort, not treatment. Cooling pajamas for warm nights. Period underwear for cycles that have gotten heavier. Books worth reading. Pillars on what actually changes and what helps. Everything here is Level 1 or 2 — comfort or routine — and clearly framed as such. Read our medical disclaimer for the full risk-level frame.

We don’t cover hormone replacement therapy, bioidentical hormones, prescription medication for menopause symptoms, or any supplement claiming to balance, treat, or reverse hormonal changes. Those questions belong with a clinician — preferably one trained in menopause care. We will say so, repeatedly, on every page in this section.
